Originally from Lima, Peru, Chef Julio began his culinary journey working alongside the esteemed Basque chef Martín Berasategui, one of the most awarded Michelin-starred chefs in the world. This experience laid a strong foundation for a career marked by creativity and a deep understanding of global flavors.
